Biography
I am a professor at the University of Stavanger in Norway. Before coming to Stavanger I worked at the NTNU in Trondheim, University of Zurich, and the University of Amsterdam. I enjoyed visiting fellow researchers in St. Petersburg, Tokyo, The Hague, Brno, Ciudad Real, and Berkeley.

Research interests
My research examines discrimination, bias, and decision-making through field experiments, using sports as my primary laboratory. I investigate questions of discrimination, bias, and fairness across various contexts including traditional sports and esports.
